St. Kitts und Nevis: Urlaub mit Kindern

Good location, but room for improvement We booked a room for three people, but on arrival there were only two sets of towels and two complimentary bottles of water. When we queried this, we were told only two bottles are provided. Given we paid around $81 for the room, I found it disappointing that an additional bottle couldn’t be provided. I also found the receptionist initially quite stern and unwelcoming. Cleanliness was another concern. My dad’s pet had left marks on the sheets, which was completely unacceptable and should have been noticed before the room was allocated. The family suite itself is also quite dated, with some furniture looking very worn, and would benefit from refurbishment. The entertainment was disappointing too. We were told there would be a band on Friday, but there was no live entertainment, just loud music playing through a speaker in the restaurant. On Thursday, there was an external lady running what appeared to be a fitness/dance activity. We would have loved to participate but weren’t informed about it at check-in. Guests should be made aware of activities taking place at the hotel, whether organised internally or externally. There were positives. The gym is well equipped and having a scale available was a great addition. The location is also very convenient, with the main strip, restaurants, beach and casino all within around a 10–15 minute walk. Overall, the hotel has a great location and some good facilities, but the rooms need updating,

First and foremost was the amazing view, I had Mount Nevis on one side and the ocean straight ahead. I enjoyed my private balcony and the spacious studio. I had breakfast daily near the pool and the staff was very attentive. I will be back.

The staff at the Four Seasons were amazing including the bellman, the housekeeper, the breakfast wait staff, the guest services manager and food & beverage manager, the golf pro shop staff, the staff at the lunch spot by the pool and the front desk staff. The Soa was excellent. Birthday celebrations for me and my husband were fantastic, including dinner on the beach. The room was great and spacious. We had a spectacular ocean view room with a balcony. We felt very special by everyone at the resort. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort. We had some dinners in property and others off property which was a nice mix. The staff at the resort were very helpful to book dinner reservations and taxis for us in advance.
