Took my mom on a trip to Cabo and we stayed at Pueblo Bonita Pacific which I really enjoyed. The resort is beautiful, well maintained with respect staffs & many different food options. Booking at Pacifica gives you amenity access and option eat at their other resorts as well (Rose, Sunset & Los Cabos with some being buffet style). I suggest doing it to see the atmosphere at the other resorts, there is a shuttle that takes you for free. Our room was very clean with housekeeping making our beds and replenishing our liquids almost daily. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and at perfect temperature making you not want to get out. There’s also a swim up bar for drinks and food (great tacos). They host activities such as pool volleyball, table tennis, corn hole & turtle release some nights. They offer a “free tour” to the Sunset resort in exchange for $400USD (you pay 90USD LOL & booking with Expedia also gives you another $90credit) that can be used for certain items on the resort. We used it for a SPA Day. The only Con I have is the excessive amount of flies at Siempre. It can be overbearing but they do accommodate and give fly fan if available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I will recommend if thinking about booking a trip. It was a great getaway.

Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Many of the employees were friendly, welcoming, and hospitable, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, some staff members were rude, which was disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The food was also a letdown, as several meals were served cold. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and the hospitality of the employees who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, improvements in food quality and consistency in customer service would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

Pour le prix, c’est vraiment un endroit qui en vaut la peine. Mon seul bémol est l’absence de plage baignable et la nécessité de signer une facture pour toutes les consommations, ce qui rend l’expérience moins fluide. Les repas dans les restaurants sont équivalents ou supérieurs à ce qu’on peut attendre d’un « tout inclus » de ce type, à l’exception peut-être du « meilleur » restaurant qui s’est avéré décevant. Le service est d’une très grande qualité, le personnel aimable, avenant, cordial. La propreté des lieux est supérieure à ce qu’on trouve dans 90% des établissements en Amérique du Nord.
