Costa de la Luz Cadíz: Romantikurlaub

The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers. There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away from this gorgeous hotel. Unfortunately upon arrival when checking in we didnt get confirmation that the buffet breakfast was included with our stay. This was the biggest shame as we ended up looking for somewhere to eat each morning for breakfast and we would have much preferred to have had the breakfast we had already paid for at the hotel. There was no price list for the mini bar or welcome pack with information about the spa/rooftop terrace hours. The cleaner did a gorgeous job but did only clean the room once on our 4 night trip which I felt maybe it would have been nice to have a fresh bed each day. Finally we did ask for a taxi to be booked but unfortunately this was forgotten when we arrived downstairs at the booked time and we were on a tight schedule for a wedding. Luckily another couple attending was able to take us. Overall a gorgeous stay just a few minor things and our stay would have been absolutely perfect!

Wieder einmal ein wundervoller Urlaub. Dieser beginnt bereits bei der Ankunft. Nuria und ihr Team machen einen exzellenten Job. Versuchen, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. An dieser Stelle auch ein besonderes Danke an Monica (Rezeption) die uns in der Nacht perfekt unterstützt hat 🙏 Aber auch die Sauberkeit, Gründlichkeit und vorallem die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter zeigen, dass alle ihre Arbeit sehr gerne machen - egal ob beim Zimmerservice, im Restaurant in der Bar am Pool oder in der Strandbar—alles perfekt. Man fühlt sich einfach super wohl und würde gerne seinen Urlaub verlängern. Vielen Dank an alle. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder. Macht weiter so. 🙏 - Una vez más, unas vacaciones maravillosas. Estas empiezan nada más llegar. Nuria y su equipo hacen un trabajo excelente. Intentan satisfacer todos los deseos. Desde aquí, también quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Monica (recepción), que nos atendió de maravilla por la noche 🙏. Pero también la limpieza, la minuciosidad y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal demuestran que a todos les encanta su trabajo, ya sea en el servicio de habitaciones, en el restaurante, en el bar de la piscina o en el chiringuito: todo perfecto. Uno se siente sencillamente muy a gusto y le gustaría alargar las vacaciones. Muchas gracias a todos. Sin duda volveremos pronto. Seguid así. 🙏
