Alimia: All-inclusive-Urlaub

Wunderschönes Hotel, nicht zu groß, kein überlaufener Pool und die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön bepflanzt. Wir hatten Halbpension und sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren wirklich toll! Auch der Service war immer sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The room had quite old furniture(older part of the hotel), and there were no additional toiletries provided (just soap). The food was okay with plenty of choices, but it was often cold. The coffee was also disappointing. The juice was good in two of the restaurants (100% from a carton), but the juice in the main restaurant and the pool bar was of very poor quality.The hotel is very family-oriented and has potential, thanks to its friendly staff and excellent animation team. Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was the cockroaches. I found one at night, so the next day (our last), we informed reception. We received an apology, and they proposed to either change our room or clean it. We decided to stay, and the room was cleaned. However, on our final night, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night after another huge cockroach, around 5 cm long, ran across the entire room. For the price we paid, we expected better quality.
