The hotel has a beautiful exterior and lobby that create an inviting first impression. However, the rooms themselves do not live up to this standard. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, the rooms feel outdated, with worn furniture and decor that clearly need renovation. The amenities in the room are basic, and some fixtures could use maintenance. While the public areas are well-kept, the rooms fall short of expectations, making the stay less comfortable than anticipated.

The staff were very friendly but the rooms are not clean, dust everywhere and the bed sheets and pillows had yellow stains.
