Everything was perfect, the hospitality of the Service team was incredible. First day they promised me to treat me like a king, and they did.
Since a very long time and almost the first time at morocco, I had nothing to complain about.
Sure a few less signs inside the hotel, I would recommend signs especially for the spa (it’s just a closed door) and some signs for the best way to the rooms, also some signs at the buffet what is inside the closed warm keep thing.
But that’s nothing what made my stay not special.

Hotel in central location, all sightseeing can easily be done within 15-20 minute walk.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is just great!
They will help you Organize your stay in marrakech when it comes to trips, guides and food.
I absolutely recommend to do the cooking class in this hotel!
The only thing worth mentioning is, that the location is centrally in the Medina which can be rough for tourists by evening/night.
