Island: All-inclusive-Urlaub

Preis/Leistung Naja…

Das Zimmer war einfach und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war reichlich,

We had a wonderful stay! The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, we had a great experience and we would happily come back again!

The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Decent room, but parking and breakfast were disappointing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, we ran into a few drawbacks. Parking was included in our room rate, but because the garage is so small, there were no spots left when we returned at night. The breakfast had only cucumber and paprika in vegan options, and we noticed a stain on our blanket as well.

Instruction to the place is not clear. Took a long time to find it. Apartment is right beside the road, people walking on street can see inside. Window cannot be closed and locked. Someone tried to open the electronic door with wrong code and door made sound. The escape exit sign very bright and make it hard to sleep. The only good thing is close to city center.
