Douro Litoral : Séjours plongée

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel

Wow!! In center of everything and the apartment is simply amazing! Thanks

Personnel attentif au besoin des clients. Très bien situé, je le recommande fortement.

Well… based on reviews it was supposed to be exceptional. First bump, breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking which was not the case. We had to pay in advance and got it reimbursed. Luckily for all parties we were traveling with a teenager and could spend hours on the phone to resolve the issue. 48 hours to our stay, breakfast is there. Cold bacon and eggs for 12€ per person is overrated, especially when you know that you can have a full meal for the same amount of. Then comes the pool: ONE umbrella available for the whole guests. Hotel was featuring pool side snack and bar: still waiting on that. They might have moved elsewhere. The sport room was “unavailable for the rest of our stay” My advice go there for 2 days, but not any longer. Housekeeping was nevertheless wonderful! Great work. Will not recommend it, if traveling with some expectations.

Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre, bien que petite, est parfaite, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la ville. Nous avions la chambre 1, ce qui nous a bien fait rire.

Petit déjeuner servi à table mais variété reduite
