Nice staff! Very kind and friendly. The manager has always an open ear if there are questions. For a hotel in Cairo very very nice! Clean rooms! The rooftop is immaculate! The breakfast is very good the falafel are amazing. If you want a safe place with kind people go to the palace pyramids inn!!!

I recently stayed at Jimmy's Pyramids Hotel in Giza and was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore and the views from the roof top deck were breathtaking. The service stood out as exceptional: attentive, personal, and genuinely warm, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and exceeded my expectations. This family-run hotel has a charm and welcoming atmosphere that you simply can't find in the big chain hotels. I would happily choose Jimmy's Pyramids Hotel over any large box hotel any day. Highly recommended!

Was really large and clean

Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o aeroporto até o hotel com um excelente transfer, ao chegar fomos recepcionados pelo anfitrião Mohamed e sua equipe que prontamente nos ofereceu um chá, café ou suco. As camas são confortáveis e pude assistir alguns jogos de futebol em meu quarto de hotel. Sempre que tivemos algum percalço fomos prontamente atendidos pelo anfitrião. Vista do terraço é muito bonita em todas as horas do dia. Qualquer momento você poderá sentar lá para fazer um lanche e desfrutar da vista das pirâmides. O café da manhã é fresco e é servido por uma senhora muito simpática. O pai do anfitrião sempre acende a luz para nós ao chegarmos a noite no hotel. Desejo ao Mohamed e sua equipe e família tudo de bom e ótimos negócios. Até a próxima.

The whole staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room (deluxe room) had a beautiful view to the pyramids (as did the breakfast area) and was decorated in a beautiful way, and of course clean etc., and there was bottled water for us, and a water kettle and tea and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport, we even got the full breakfast anyway, and upstairs there is a restaurant--moreover they helped us organize everything we needed for the visit to GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum) and offered other options for tours as well, and the airport pickup/dropoff service was very nice and attentive, too. Just note that only the airport pickup is included, the dropoff was USD30 (about 45km--we were very well taken care of by the drivers both from and to the airport). An excellent place to stay we can fully recommend and will visit again when we come back to the area.
