disappointed with this hotel, especially given the extremely high price. I did not have a bad stay, but this hotel is simply not at the level I would expect from a genuine five-star property. Most importantly, this is definitely not a place where you can truly relax. My room was far from what I would expect for the price, and many of the rooms overlook the construction site next door, which is extremely noisy and unattractive. There were also dogs barking nearby, so the overall environment was anything but peaceful. There were also a huge number of children around. I have absolutely nothing against children, but at this price point and in a hotel of this category, I would expect the experience to be much calmer and better managed. At breakfast, it was sometimes difficult even for the staff to move around and serve properly because children were running everywhere. What I find particularly difficult to understand is that the price is comparable to the Four Seasons next door. There is, in my opinion, a world of difference between the two in terms of service, atmosphere, surroundings and overall experience. I did not have a bad time, but considering the price, the value for money is very disappointing. In my opinion, this is simply not a five-star experience — and certainly not somewhere I would come to relax.
