Vid ankomst så finns ingen där som kan hjälpa oss eller släppa in oss. Ägaren verkar vara baserad i Kina så ingen kan ringa dom. „Bitte lesen, meine Bewertung "sehr schöne Anlage und Appartement". Ich hatte 4 Wochen im beschriebenen Apartment verbracht und wollte weitere 4 Wochen verlängern. Leider war das nicht möglich, aber ich konnte in ein gleiches Appartement in der zweiten Etage wechseln. Der Wechsel war total unkompliziert und es waren weitere sehr angenehme 4 Wochen. Auch der Check out verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Alles zusammen waren es tolle 8 Wochen.“

Many utensils are provided which made my stay more comfortable. The shower is excellent with toiletries provided. I had a room with a great sea view on the 16th floor. „Es gab keinen Check in. Nur ein Telefon der Schlüssel sei, in der mit Papieren gestopften Briefbox. Es wurde Einem nichts in der Wohnung erklärt. Diverse Dinge waren defekt. Beleuchtung. Toilettenpapier Halter, Ablauf bei der Küche. Auch war es nicht sauber geputzt. Ein defektes Schloss wurde auf telefonische Anfrage repariert. Wirklich schade. Die Wohnung wäre schön, wen alles besser gepflegt würde. Die Außenanlagen sind für Kinder ein Paradies. Aber auch dort gab es Sprudel Bäder die nicht ...

„Als wir um ca. 21.00 ankamen,hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken,kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Hatte eine Benachrichtigung per Message am Tage vorher geschickt und um Infos zum einchecken gebeten, keine Antwort. Zum Glück waren sehr hilfreiche Bewohner, Feriengäste, die uns geholfen haben. Per Message kam dann die Instruktion, dass der Schlüssel in einem Schließfach liegt, den wir uns da raus holen können, keinerlei Angaben, wie man zur Unterkunft kommt oder wie es mit dem ...

„We found the location of the condo very convenient, just a stone's throw away from the BTS, supermarket and a small neighborhood mall. Response to our questions and requests from the property owner was fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend the condo for anyone who is looking for a descent and reasonably priced neighbourhood to stay.“

„Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. “

„I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. „Al mio arrivo mi viene maleducatamente chiesto di far vedere la mia prenotazione è mi viene intimato di chiamare un numero dopo una ventina di minuti arriva una donna thai che senza manco salutarmi mi mostra una serie di somme da pagare subito ed in contanti.
