„The room did the job - but numerous issues.
Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best.
The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still ...

„Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find.“

„Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. “

„First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor.
I did get barrages of messages for different things.
From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even ...

„Lovely apartment with great views over the Marina and a short walk to the beach and coastal walk. Plenty of bars and good restaurants within 2 to 15 mins walk and lots to see. Only 20 mins walk into the town centre. Pescado restaurant below is fabulous.
The apartment has good sized rooms, a well equipped kitchen and internet connect TV.
There is free parking over the road arranged by the owner.
The block has an elevator though it is only 2 floors up if you want the exercise.
We may well ...

„The apartment was absolutely immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the was plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The little balcony overlooking the marina was a lovely spot to have a cuppa! The location is very convenient for both the City Centre and the Beach. The host Joan was friendly and welcoming. „Had a brilliant stay at Rose cottage it’s a little gem. The hot tub overlooks countryside and it’s so private in your own little garden.
Lovely lounge with comfy sofa and the bed is massive and very comfortable.
The restaurant we only used on the last night but we wished we had gone more often, lovely hosts and the food that we had was gorgeous.
The location is great for exploring the beautiful beaches and Gower peninsula,
We will definitely be returning.“

„The chalet was a lot smaller than expected.
In the main bedroom it wasn't possible to walk around the bed properly as the room is so small. The wardrobe doors couldn't be opened properly as there was no space.
All of the furniture in the chalet was older flatpack furniture that was coming apart at the joints. The TV unit looked like it was about to collapse.
We booked for 3 nights (the minimum allowed), but left after 2 nights as we couldn't bear the thought of a 3rd night in this cramped ...
