« Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100% »

Je tiens à souligner la bienveillance et la qualité du service de la part des personnes qui se sont occupées de nous pendant notre séjour 🙏👏👍 Trop fatigué pour dîner en ville nous avons diné au restaurant de l’hôtel et le menu était excellent et le prix était bien plus qu’abordable ! Bravo à tous ! Je vous recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel 👍👍 »

« We went to a concert in the town hall. The hotel is just across the road so couldn't be more convenient. Breakfast was very good. There are only 6 parking spaces which are quite tight but alternatively there is a big carpark next door. We will definitely return. »

« The room was on the second floor but was just about manageable for me with a back condition. The room was clean, a bit of updating would be good as it was quite dated. The room faced the main road and was busy with traffic and also very noisy with the amount of seagulls that gathered but that is normal in a seaside town. Tamsin the owner was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The English breakfast was lovely and included in the price. I would stay there again but preferably choose a room...

« Stayed at this property for a visit to Scarborough for the night. Cannot mention one bad thing about the hotel. We stayed in the four bedded family room. Brilliant facilities did not have en-suite but we knew this and there were plenty of toilet and shower options throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free parking which was also a bonus. Very close by to all facilities of Scarborough. Small fridge in room which was a nice extra to keep drinks cold. Would definitely stay here again. »

« My second stay at the property and I would book again. Convenient flat with plenty of amenities within walking distance, includingsupermarkets, takeaways and convenience stores. Friendly owner with excellent communication and handover for property. »

« The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. The breakfast offer is great and the food was lovely, well cooked and great products. The cost of the breakfast offer was well priced and so worth...

« Very agreeable staff. Very clean and excellent self catering kitchen and dining room. Excellent central quiet location. Obviously dormitory sleeping has it’s draw backs but all quests very quiet and thoughtful. Great chance to chat with people from all over the world. »
