« Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast . »

« The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained.
