« I can't recommend this venue enough. Foon Delicious. Friendly Staff who go the extra mile. Relaxed and dog friendly. Sunday Roast dinner was exceptional and breakfast lovely. Complements to the chef and kitchen staff too. »

« Small unique B&B property in the English Lake District near Lake Windermere. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the village. Beautiful garden in front yard. Relatively small room, but very comfortable, including the four-poster bed! »

« Autumn Leaves hosts are lovely and gave us a really warm welcome, breakfast was amazing. Room was cosy and bed was comfy, spotlessly clean, just what you need for a short break. Also the bonus of free parking on the street, car park facing the property also. Will return, Thankyou 😊 »

« This was a lovely spot for my stay in Windermere. Very convenient to the train station and bus stop, as well as pubs and restaurants. My room was comfortable and roomy with a full bath, including tub, and a beautiful view of the fells when the weather was clear. Anita and Denis are great hosts - warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. »

« Good communication throughout as this hotel.does look closed initially.anf I think it works on opening for bookings as no main reception and on booking out leave keys in room and leave via fire exit. Demi however was extremely welcoming and apologetic about there being no kitchen or bar services due to.power .. The room was very spacious, plenty of hot water and beds very comfy. Don't let other reviews put you off. Although your not normal run of the mill hotel were staff are on hand think...

« Beautiful house,very clean and I saw them cleaning the room after we left and it was very thorough. Food superb and substantial with canapes and sorbet mouth cleansers we could not finish a substantial main course and no room for desert. Service friendly. »

« I had a great time here. Great location you're very close train station and where most buses go. It's about 20 minutes walk down to Bowness. Both Michelle and Christopher very frendly. I would recommend this guest house. Lots of bars and restraunts near by as well. »
