„Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. „The one English-speaking reception staffer was very helpful and efficient. Good breakfast and aircon. Amazing robotic toilet seat/ auto flushing etc Nice shower. What I suggest is somewhere to hang our towels if we don’t need them washed every day. It’s a new hotel so we understand the new lifts are under construction. The 2 lifts make long waits for a high rise hotel. The TV turning on every time we enter the room is annoying. “

„Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen: 5min zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof /Busbahnhof, 10min bis zur Seilbahn auf den Tianmen Mountain. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, mit TV und Klimaanlage. Sophia, die Besitzerin, spricht sehr gut Englisch und hat mir super Tipps gegeben für meine Ausflüge zum Tianmen Mountain und Zhangjiajie National Park. Sie hat für mich auch einen Fahrer für einen Transfer nach Furong Ancient Town organsiert, was super geklappt hat. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter ...

„武陵源と天門山を目当てに張家界に行きました。 天門山のロープウェイには徒歩5分くらい、武陵源等のバス停には徒歩10分くらいで 周りにご飯屋さんも沢山あるので好立地だと思います。 ホテルは密集したところにあるので見つけづらいかもしません。 到着したのが23時すぎだったにも関わらず丁寧に対応してもらいました。 僕は1人だったのでシングル部屋を予約しました。 日本のビジネスホテルを更に狭くした感じでしたが清潔感もあって シャワーを浴びて寝るだけなら十分です。 お湯は5分くらい出し続けないと出ないことがあるので注意です。 スタッフはMarkとJuと猫がいます。 2人とも英語が出来るので中国語が出来なくてもコミュニケーションは取れます。 バスやタクシーの予定なども相談に乗ってくれてスムーズに旅を進める事が出来たので感謝です。 また来ることがあれば泊まりたい思います。 Thank you Mark&Ju. “

„ Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. „First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel. ...
