„Everything okay“

„Zentral gelegenes Hotel, ausgezeichneter Service - empfehlenswert“

Guter Service“

„Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel.“

„The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.“

„Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Allerding fand am Valentine´s Day (14.

„Very pleasant experience. Comfortable stay Mein Erfahrungen war sehr gut. Hat mein Zeit genießt bei diesem Unterkunft “

„Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate. The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean. Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips. Stay away from this hotel.“

„Breakfast was fresh with many choices.“
