„I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!“

„Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged.
We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.“

„Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio
However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning
When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room.
I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry“
