« Le séjour à l'hÎtel Mercure à Hull a été agréable. Les mariages organisés dans l'hÎtel étaient forcément un peu bruyants. Nous avons été dérangés en pleine nuit par des personnes qui ont discuté devant notre porte. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses. Il manque un mini frigo. Les chambres nécessiteraient un rafraßchissement. Le bémol pour la moquette pour les personnes allergiques. Mais nuit et cadre reposant. »

« TrÚs bien localisé sur la marina avec une belle vue du restaurant et une terrasse sympa. Sauna, salle de sport pratique et piscine relativement grande pour un hotel. Par contre bien que les chambres sont refaite (peintures, traveaux...) ça reste un peux vieux. On entend tout les bruits de la chambre connectée. Personnels acceuillant. »

« After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious »

« Not worth the asking price. The location is great, you're in the marina and you've got lots of shops and restaurants around you however the apartment itself had some issues. The kettle we had there did not work as it had a massive crack in the bottom which ment it, the blinds in the living room had several pieces missing and the blinds in the bedroom were not the right size for the window meaning that you could see out of the window when lying down which made sleeping hard when there's a...

« When we arrived there was no heating and no hot water. Property had been empty before and it was cold to the core. Ther was no instructions on how to switch on the heating (electric heaters with time setting) and no instructions for hot water. We eventually got a message 6 hours after checkin with a picture to show where to switch on the water heater. Main heater in the bedroom was never fixed - engineer was booked but never arrived. Portable heater on full all day can't be safe? »

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
