« Magnifique hôtel très propre et pas très loin de l’aéroport. Attention cependant car nous n’avions pas compris que les swip up room étaient seulement des chambres qui donnaient sur la piscine de l’hôtel. Ce ne sont pas des piscines privées, donc nous sommes soumis aux mêmes horaires.

Petit bémol, il faut aller pour 9h00 (ouverture) à la piscine pour obtenir un transat douillet (sinon il y a les normaux dans le jardin d’à côté..) »

« Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'hôtel Denise Beach
Aucune communication, un petit déjeuner catastrophique (aucun aliment cuit correctement..), un service de très mauvaise qualité.
Des chambres indignes d'un 4 étoiles (déco vieillotte, un carré de douche avec un rideau trop petit qui laisse passer l'eau...).
Et le pompon fut le service... nous avons eu un différent avec un serveur peu serviable et nous avons du nous expliquer auprès de la réception. Du jamais vu !!!

« First of all, Zakynthos not like use to be. Overcrowded with younger tourists, so the quality is down the whole island what i see. This hotel looks nicer on the pictures than in reality. Lot's of things management don't care about, regarding the earliest I mentioned. Broken tiles, dirty tables, at pool area. Pool at self nice and clean!!
Room could use some upgrade
Little things like bottle water been supplied 1btl at first day, but didn't received any at the rest 2 days.

« The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway.
There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours.
The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really.
There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic. The food was tasteless, but the place was clean.
The bar was your typical all-inclusive; wine as sour as your mother in law and the draught...

« I did not expect much from this hotel, but it was a surprisingly pleasant stay. The staff here did an amazing job. They worked hard to make you feel welcome. The food was plenty, beautiful presented and varies from day to day. The rooms are very clean and fitted with everything you need. The pool area including the bar is perfect sized. The reception only accept cash, but exept from this, the hotel was perfect in every way. Will be happy to come back... »
