"Hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant, chambre pour 4 avec 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit : TB pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier de Bayswater où on trouve tout à proximité : M&S, restaurants pour tous les goûts (italien, chinois, pub...), boulangeries... Station de metro à 100m"

"The state of accommodations in London is a shame in general. People pay money for cheap renovated and bad bed, mattress etc. It's all profit to the owner who pay staff poorly and give poor sleep quality to the guests money. The bedrooms in the basement should be illegal, it smells not fresh air, there is noise from air conditioning machine outside one room. I changed room and second one had no fresh air in and smells weird. There is also a red flashing light from a smoke alarm. Too many rooms so low quality. Even at £85 a night the bed and mattress are cheap. The beds should be better even if it was 1/3rd of tge price per night. "
