« We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

« New apartment very convenient for Interlaken West trains and buses.Check-in was at a different location but we were driven to the unit. We did have an issue with the tumble drier which was dealt with promptly .At the same time I asked for more trash bags which also appeared. The apartment was very clean with good appliances and a decent hair drier The COOP downstairs sold an adequate selection of food and drink at prices comparable to Migros, but without the walk.
