„Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back.“

The staff is without equal: friendly and personable, they seamlessly anticipate any needs or wants you may have. The amenities and concierge services are top-tier. You will not do better in San Miguel. Worth every penny. “

„We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was spacious modern clean and overall very nice especially also the terrace. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only thing we didn‘t like is that the hotel is charging extra for things that are typically included at hotels within this price range for example they put water bottels in the bathroom however there‘s an extra charge so no free water and it was more annoying at breakfast though as they include some things but exclude ...

„I am traveling quite a lot and love staying in nice hotels - but this was an outstanding and one of the very best experiences I had so far! The stunning views from the roof top terrace, the delicious food, the friendliness of the staff going above and beyond to make you feel 1000% pleased and happy! My only concern was that it is not downtown in San Miguel de Allende - but was finally so glad to be above the town, breathe some fresh air and enjoy the views! And whenever you wanna go the hotel ...
