There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! „We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. "We came to the hotel and were already irritated as there were people working in the lobby, it was loud and untidy. As we were told during the check in process, that all possible rooms were just next to the construction work, we decided to leave, as they were working with a tile cutter -a really annoying sound- and the woman at the reception told us they would continue working for our whole stay. It’s unbelievable that they keep the hotel open in such a mess! Hope to get the money back from Expedia!"
