He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. « Super musty smell. Lots of water damage. Would have kids stay here. Undoubtedly mold lurking everywhere as everyones sinuses were killing them. Took over month for host response first time. Weeks after. Doesnt check messages. Didnt submit check in process. Had to contact vrbo who connected with him and got rude response like it was out fault. No door code, so have to meet him at front door and get shown around. Hence, need to be there right on time which is inconvenient. Also before booking...

« We had an excellent stay at this property during our golf trip to Sand Valley. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, and it had everything our group needed for a comfortable weekend.The location couldn’t have been better, just a stone’s throw from Sand Valley, making it incredibly convenient for early tee times and quick trips back after a day on the course. « House was extremely well maintained and clean. Hot tub was perfect and set up prior to arrival. Host was responsive through text. Only wish was that the kitchen was better stocked with basics for cooking such as spices as we’ve have seen at other homes but otherwise extremely satisfied, wish we would have stayed during summer to utilize the lake! »
