„We had a wonderful time here watching the boats go in and out of the harbor, walking to a local seafood take out for lobster rolls, chatting with neighbors, and doing not much else. We would love to come back and stay longer next time. I would highly recommend this place to those who want to have some peace and quiet, read a book, or take a nap!“

Stewart's Grocery & Takeout had great takeout pizza and groceries. We enjoyed lovely maple cortados at the Milkhouse Cafe south of Machias, and fantastic lobster bisque at the Public House. Eastport, Lubec, and Pembroke are all an easy drive away. We also enjoyed Lunch on the Wharf in Corea. An unforgetable stay in an unforgettable location.“

„The check-in was easy. The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. Very well stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, cookware and grilling tools. The house was so comfortable but the star of the show was the backyard with planting of seating for all of us,the fire pit and the stunning g view. We used the propane grill one night and the outdoor seafood pot outdoor on an additional propane stand. We all enjoyed our stay.“
