« This is kind of like staying in a cabin. It is rustic. Very cleanfor an old building. If you look at the pictures it is what it is along with the price. The biggest draw back for us is it reeks from smoke. Whether it's from long time smokers living there or people who live downstairs, I don't know. They don't allow smoking now but it really needs an ozone machine. I hate writing a bad review but you need to look closely at the pictures. « This is a great place for an overnight ski trip. It's my second time here, and both times were perfect. It's an 18 minute walk to the Lake Placid Brewery, which was super fun. Everything you need this place has. My favorite was the Universal Monsters movie channel - classic monster and horror movies 24/7. So much fun! 15 minutes from Whiteface. The hosts are awesome and the place was super clean. Thank you! See you again next year!!! »

It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for dog walks and runs near the lake. The property manager was quite responsive and very friendly. We would be happy to stay here again! »

"J’hĂ©sitais avec des choix de geande chaine d’hotels a proximité  pour un meulleur prix, quelle belle dĂ©couverte!! TrĂšs trĂšs propre, trĂšs confortable, salle de bain avec serviettes en quantitĂ©, chauffage/climatisation efficace, plafonds hauts, literie de qualitĂ©, on m’a offert un stationnement Ă  proximitĂ© puisque ma voiture trainait aussi une roulotte, cafĂ© meme apres l’heure du dĂ©jeuner, ils ont offert chocolat chaud aux enfants Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, plafonds hauts, salle de bain du rez-de-chaussĂ©e propre et digne d’une revue. Tres belle decouverte oour un prix infĂ©rieur aux chaines habituelles "
