« Mon sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel a Ă©tĂ© une vĂ©ritable dĂ©ception. DĂšs mon arrivĂ©e, j’ai dĂ» attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable aprĂšs un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continuĂ© : l’eau Ă©tait coupĂ©e, le lavabo n’était mĂȘme pas correctement fixĂ© et bougeait Ă  chaque utilisation. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait en pleins travaux, rendant l’ambiance bruyante et dĂ©sagrĂ©able, sans aucun espace de repos au calme. De plus, contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait annoncĂ©, aucun...

« We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

« Wir waren in dem Objekt mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zu Gast Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Es war fast alles perfekt bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.Nicht alles war beim einchecken grĂŒndlich gereinigt. Eine der Toiletten, den KĂŒhlschrank und Geschirr haben wir einfach selbst nachgereinigt. Auch ein paar HandtĂŒcher wurden wohl vergessen zu wechseln. Wir haben es einfach selbst gemacht ohne es zu beanstanden. War fĂŒr uns ok.Lider sind die poolliegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

« We had a wonderful experience in the house abd the landlord is incredibly nice and friendly, going above and beyond by assisting us with transportation from the train station to the house and then to the airport. The property itself was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen, making our stay very comfortable. »
