„I like thi place my favorite 😍“

„My booking showd all of a sudden a smoker room. I contacted the hotel in Japanese, but they did not care nor answer. At check in they only had a smoker room for me which was unacceptable for me. They told me to charge for one night and I went somewhere else to stay. Now I am still charged the full amount although I called hotels.com. I feel cheated by the hotel and by hotels.com who promised to clarify this issue but never did. Will book at another portal and hotel next time. I meanwhile ...

„The place is kinda under renovation. It was ok the location is good close to hashima eki. They don't have parking area, but there's a pay to park close by. Got a room with 2 twin bed, but it was tight. Over all was ok.“

„I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.“

„Convenient location near the station and affordable price. Only stayed in Nagoya for one night and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.“
