„My booking showd all of a sudden a smoker room. I contacted the hotel in Japanese, but they did not care nor answer. At check in they only had a smoker room for me which was unacceptable for me. They told me to charge for one night and I went somewhere else to stay. Now I am still charged the full amount although I called hotels.com. „I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.“

„Always great to stay here! Fantastic service“

„Alles super in diesem Hotel.
