„I asked them for sheets without holes in them. He explained to me that these are the sheets for the room. I asked twice. The chairs in the room were so dirty it will blow your mind. The A/C would not decrease in temperature. Th front desk didn’t even tell us the phone to call the front desk wasn’t working. Television will not have what you are talking expecting at minimum. I promise you I am not lying. Do not book a room here.“

„Unser Zimmer war beim Check In nicht sauber. Der Fernseher hat 2 Tage nicht richtig funktioniert. Er hatte immer wieder Aussetzer. Erst am 3. Tag war er repariert. Das Zimmer war nie richtig sauber, trotz Reklamationen an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, man kann nebenan und oben alles hören ! Ist zwar günstig, aber kleiner Tip: Lieber etwas mehr ausgeben. Das Hotel ist unter indischer Leitung, die leider nicht gut englisch sprechen und verstehen.“

„Was very disappointed . There was construction in the building , I was going to sleep in because I didn’t sleep well, the room was hot when we got there and took several hours to cool down . The pool was closed & to be demolished . One of the reason we picked it was to swim . The beds were terrible , springs or just wore out mattress , not sure what it was . Very disappointed .. that I was not told or sent message about construction , no pool . And we came back Sat evening the temp was hot ...

„I was there from 18.-25.7.25. Would recommend Hotel as it is near the Airport and offers free shuttle to it, Hotel Room was nice, clean, modern and with air condition. Hotel is surrounded by large Walmart, small shopping area with bakery, 7 eleven. Located near freeway. Only issue is the bad communication with front desk on the phone. One had a hard time to understand them at all. Additionally they are not directly able to reach by email and our emails had not passed through by the company's ...

„Not enough towels and mold around the shower, no microwave, and conditioner in the shower was missing a bottle of conditioner and slightly mold around the floor“

„The only thing that was a downside was that the handicapped room we asked for didn’t have the shower seat that we needed. Other than that was a good stay. And the price was budget worthy as well. No problem with AC was nice and cold.“
