« Neat as usual »

« Loved this place wow »

« Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. »

« Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. »

« We wanted a quiet spot in the jungle surrounded by nature and got exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for luxury and lots of amenities it might not be the place for you, but if you want to be surrounded by the sites and sounds of the jungle, and close to some nice restaurants away from the touristy areas, its great. We heard howler monkeys in the mornings, saw spider monkeys in the evenings, and saw iguanas, coatimundi, and so many birds. »

« Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. »

« It was overall an excellent experience. The condos, quaint and beautiful. The views are spectacular the hospitality the friendliness and the surrounding area is top notch. We felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend it. »

« This is an exceptional hotel and location both in the middle of a luxurious jungle with animals (coatis, raccoons, iguanas etc…) and by the sea. The room was well equipped and maintained with a small pool to linger at the end of the day. The hotel has many very large pools and many qualitative options to eat (Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese). The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to return ! »

« Clean property with great beach access. Close to restaurants 5-10 minutes away. »

« Not outstanding, just a fair place to stay. A 2 bed 2 bath condo is about the same price as this one bed, one bath suite after all the fees and taxes are added to the final cost. Unable to negotiate price per night with owner. Bed very comfortable, toilet needs fixed, maid service was excellent, kitchen offered the bare minimum utensils for making meals. Plan to eat out because of this. Refrigerator makes constant noise. Coffee pot had to be “programmed “ in order to brew. Confusing to us so we...
