« There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. « I usually don’t leave reviews but this place deserves one! I get nervous staying in hotels because I have really high expectations on cleanliness. This place exceeded my expectations! It was so so clean! From the floors, bathrooms, and the beds, everything was top of the line. The employees were also very kind ! Will be staying here again! »

« We arrived late so we didn't notice the cleanliness of the room until the next morning. At which point when I went to shower I decided against it because the shower had not been cleaned. There was a rubber band on the bathroom floor, hair everywhere. Needless to say very minimal cleaning was done to that room. « We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure. »

« The property was clean, room was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud!
