« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »

« Very disappointed in our stay. A lot of amenities were closed. This place just isn’t what it use to be. The music at the pool is absolutely terrible and very loud. I felt like I was at a retirement community pool and I’m 40 years old. »

« The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. »

« Room was clean and had a nice view of the marina, the staff was friendly. There was one guy at the front desk- whose name I forgot- but he was THE BEST! He was super helpful and suggested things to do and places to eat. We normally stay in Air BnBs but we are coming back to this hotel simply because he made out stay exemplary. »

« The best I can give it was "OK". I just expected more for about $200 a night. Thankfully, we only needed a place to stay for one night. We arrived around 12:30PM and they didn't have any rooms available for us to check in so we spent the day at the beach and got back about 8PM. Pretty much showered went to sleep then left the next morning. It did the job as a place to sleep for a night but not where I would have wanted to spend a vacation for any amount of time. The ladies serving the biscuits...

« My family enjoyed the breakfast sausage and omelet. Food choices varied every morning. My daughter was thrilled to have her choice of fruit. No complaints overall rooms were clean and spacious. Check in/out was fast and easy. »
