„Beach front cabin could not be beat for location and the cabin was clean and a great home base for all things Mackinaw city within walking distance, including the ferry to Mackinac Island. Beach is rocky in places, so be sure to bring some good water shoes! Access to the amenities of the nearby hotels was also a nice bonus, although some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated and have some deferred maintenance. „Very cute place, perfect for what we needed and in close distance to various cities. So many nice touches. We got to see deer right off their deck…so close. Best part for us was we got to enjoy it with our dog! She loved laying on the deck in the sun while we played games. “

„Our second stay in this exact cabin. Quaint and right on the lake. It's so peaceful. We sat and made a fire both night, ate s'mores, and enjoyed nature. It's also a bonus Mackinac City is 10 minutes away. Owner is nice, communicates, and is available if you need anything because he lives on the property. We will definitely be back.“

„It is always a pleasure staying at Lakeside. The lake was lovely and we were able to sneak a campfire in between the rain storms. Make sure to read the notes that Ritchie sends your way as it spells out exactly what you need to bring - trash bags, shampoo, etc. On VRBO, the pet fee was not very clear.
