« I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay in Florida, booked through Expedia. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to several significant issues. First, the check-in process was poorly managed. Although check-in does not begin until 4:00 PM, the main office also closes at 4:00 PM, making it impossible to receive on-site assistance upon arrival. I spent two hours in a frustrating back-and-forth between the property and Expedia just to receive my door access code....

« Chalet terrasse avec vue sur le grand canyon. Personnel très gentil et qui explique bien comment se rendre au canyon. Attention vous avez aucun réseau mobile sur le site du canyon. Le code wifi vous sera fourni mais utilisable que dans le chalet. Petits bémols pour le matelas du canapé et pour la poussière sur les plaintes et les portes. Sinon tout était fabuleux. »

« The property is beautiful and close to downtown Estes. Away from the road so hardly any noise of traffic, with Fall River running thru it. Room very well stocked as we were in a two bedroom cabin and cleaned very well. Check-in, is with a kiosk, and a zoomed check in person. Just know to have your ID to scan in and a rep will then provide your key and paperwork to you. Please be aware that language may be difficult to understand but you can get thru this process with patience. We hope to enjoy...

« The location is fantastic. I have stayed at these cabins a couple of times, and the value for the money is becoming less and less. It's a little disappointing to see the lack of maintenance in the units, to see piles of broken doors and building debris around the cabins, and wear and tear accumulating.
