Awesome place, EVERYTHING IS VERY CLOSE!

This place is very close to Highway 280 and conveniently located near shopping centers like Publix, Walmart, and more. The house itself is awesome, but it could use a bit of cleaning—there were quite a few spider webs and bugs inside. Parking is limited, but we were lucky the neighbor was very kind and let us park at her house.Overall, the stay was very good. The house is spacious, easily fits 20 people. It’s very modern, with built-in speakers throughout the house so you can enjoy music both indoors and outdoors. The back deck is super cool too!

Family First at Lake Martin

What a stunning property!! The view was amazing and the location was perfect!! We enjoyed Lake Martin and especially this property! It fit our big family comfortably for sleeping, eating/cooking, and playing! Whether you like to enjoy your coffee with a view, jump off the dock, or relax outside, it had it all! Can’t wait to come back!!

As always this place is the best spot on the lake in my opinion. This is our second year staying here and it never fails to exceed our expectations.

Beautiful property!

Loved the house!!! Only downside would be lack of parking (the house sleeps 20 but you’re only allowed 4 cars which we were not aware of and there weren’t any other parking options that we were made aware of).

Last Summer Trip

This location was perfect! My friend and I took our 5yr old boys on the last summer trip prior to school starting. The amenities were perfect to keep 2 5yr old boys busy. The accommodations are unbelievable!! Great place and we will be back.
