« We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip. »

« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

« The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room. »

« A great house for a family gathering. Very comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. The kitchen was great with nice new appliances and all the tools needed. Very comfortable gathering places and nice bedrooms and bath spaces. Overall a great place. We look forward to coming again. »

« I was able to bring both dogs. Dog trails were close by. The space is ample and it has a cozy vibe. My mom is 91 and she was able to get around with ease.Rachel is very responsive and takes great care that your stay is exceptional. « We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot,...

« Jason was very welcoming, communication was great! Cute beach cottage with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fenced-in yard is large and was convenient for our pup. We enjoyed our walk to the snow covered beach and a visit to Beach Bagels. We did hear a train pass in the morning and evening, but we were up early to start the day and up late playing games, so the train whistle was not a problem. Would definitely stay again. »
