„Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Einfallstrasse von Gatlinburg und deshalb war es sehr laut. Die Angestellte am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und auch sehr freundlich. Unser Boden im Zimmer war leider dreckig als wir angereist sind und das hat sich bis zur Abreise auch nicht geändert.“

„Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue. ...
