„Everything at the Double Tree was wonderful, zero complaints!“

„The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower water was lukewarm at best. The TV was beautiful, but it had no local channels to watch sports or connect to the area. Why do you have to call the front desk to get ice? There was no way to adjust the room temperature; it was set and locked at 71 degrees. The promised "breakfast coupon" I received in a text never materialized at check-in, and the selections for "breakfast" were premade sandwiches with no accommodations for allergies. „The property sits in a very nice environment. Service was quite different by department. Breakfast service was great, personal customer oriented and very friendly. Reception desk at times confused. The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„The staff at the Double Tree makes you feel right at home all the while making you feel like your a VIP. They have everything you need in the hotel if you dont want to leave but are also in a primary location where there are many things to do and eat. They made my sons birthday weekend super special from the front desk check in to getting a shirley temple from the in house bar and grill. “

„This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived.
