„Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Fenix. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr nett und freundlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Unser Zimmer war äußerst sauber und wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sehr lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!“

„The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen. „This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me.
