„The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. There is no reception but the staff is easily and quickly reached by WhatsApp. Only slight downside is a bit of noise as ...

„From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. “

They offer free shuttle to their sister hotel at the beach with full amenities. Airport transfer was very comfortable at similar cost to grab car would definitely visit again“

„Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr aufmerksam, jeden Tag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit (Cocktail, Tee, Gebäck) und das Frühstücken war immer üppig (Baguette, Obst, Reisgericht, a la Carte Auswahl, ...). Unser Zimmer hatte nebst der normalen Ausstattung witzige und skurile Assessoires. Das Bad hatte leider nur eine Badewanne und kein Fenster.“

„We have stayed in a deluxe room, with a smal balcony. Hoi An is full of tourists and can be a bit noisy. The NuNi Homestay is in a side street, and you literally have no noise there. The old town is only a few minutes by foot away. Staff is very friendly and they also have their own tailor shop. As guest you get a discount, too. I can highly recommend the place. It was great for us.“
