« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« We rented the cottage for a ski weekend. Overall, we like the location and the cottage itself. We read the prior reviews and brought our own towels. The cottage had good internet, and a TV where we could watch netflix or amazon prime on. Its a cute place, and was very comfortable. »

« We loved our stay here. The owners are nearby if you need anything at all they are super easy to reach. They even rent boats and jet skis if wanted. The house was great, clean, and just as listed. Will be booking again next year! »

« It was a nice stay, close to Shibleys for dining out, mooring for our boat rental was convenient, and the home was spacious for all 8 of us. The owner was immediately responsive to our questions and the house met all of our needs. Highly recommend! »

« This property was perfect for my friend group of 10. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but the deck & dock were a huge plus, plenty of room to sit outside & enjoy the lake. The house even came with some kayaks to take out & the option to use fire pits, grills & bikes across the street. The host was very accommodating when we were having an issue with the AC. We did bring a couple of air mattresses instead of using the futon. The futon is only big enough for 1 person, or maybe 2 kids. Would...

« 1st time back to Mousam Lake in 30 years. The house was perfect fit for 6 adults and 6 kids. House was clean, sleeping accommodations very comfortable. Two docs, one faced the firework barge. Other held our 20ft boat. Floats, paddle board and canoe’s provided. Kids spent morning and evenings fishing. Large yard with fire pit. Many house spent enjoying the Maine air. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. »

« We had a fantastic stay at the cottage! It was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed. The paddle boat and kayaks were a great bonus—both the kids and adults had a blast on the water. The cottage also has a lovely little beach right off the rear deck, plus a dock where the kids could fish or jump in for a swim.My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, which opened right onto the deck.
