„I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.“

„In General I can recommend the hotel. A bit more attention could be in the breakfast area. We had to wait sometimes up to 10 min for a coffee even when the room was empty and then only one by one. Also coffee was brought without spoon and we had to ask again. Here could simply be more attentention in basics. Gym is small but has everything needed. Big plus is the vicinity to the mall of amritsa. Motor Rikschas for trips to the city center are right in front. Hotel as security Setup which ...

„The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great for heading into the city and quiet enough to escape the city centre. Only issue I will raise is some of the plugs in the room did not work despite raising this with housekeeping. Despite this I would stay here again. “

„Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.“
