This place was not fit for me and my family to stay at. The home was not properly cleaned; the floors were dirty, there was hair in the sheets, there was a crib with sticky stuff on the mattress, couches have tears in them, the railing on the stairs was loose, the towel rack and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms were loose, there were broken cabinets in the kitchen. There were many other issues in addition to these.I did contact the host and share all of the issues and he let me know that they would be taken care of though we only stayed the first night of a 7 night stay as there were too many issues and we weren't going to spend our Christmas in a home that wasn't ready before we arrived and I didn't want to spend vacation with people cleaning and repairing a home. I was also concerned about my mother falling on the stairs when the railing wasn't stable.Overall, I do not recommend anyone stay at this property or any property managed by the same host as I do not have faith that the issues will actually be addressed and due to the amount of issues we saw it is likely that they don't properly maintain the home. I will admit that he was responsive when we arrived, but nothing was actually done on the day that we arrived to address any concerns like delivering clean sheets. There was just a promise that they would come and take care of it the next day.
