"Ein wirklich wunderschönes und besonderes Hotel in Florenz! Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kloster, was ihm eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und sehr viel Charme verleiht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die drei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sie gehören definitiv zu den herzlichsten und freundlichsten Menschen, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Vom ersten Moment an waren sie unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!"

"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

"Hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der Familie; die Kinder liebten die Pools und das Gaming centre. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, das Personal war okay aber nicht besonders erwähnenswert. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, definitiv verbesserungswürdig."

"Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, relativ klein. Der Shuttle-Service ist toll, das Frühstück war okay, aber einen Aufpreis für Omelette / frischen Orangensaft von 8€ fanden wir in Anbetracht der Hotelkategorie und der Zimmerpreise nicht angemessen."

"Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausreichend. Das Haus und Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Umsichtigkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals war OK. Was störte waren die vielen Mücken (es gab jedoch überall Mückengiftzerstäuber für die Steckdose). Es gab keine richtige Lobby in der man sich gemütlich aufhalten konnte (war viel zu klein und im Eingangsbereich) Die kleine Bar hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. "
