„The location is perfect “

„A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to ...

„Beautiful house, very close to DC, Maggie was a great host. The fire pit was an amazing amenity. 5/5 place for sure. “

„Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.“

„Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.“

„Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.“

„We loved the condo! It met our needs perfectly and was equipped just fine . The parking directions were difficult to follow but once we figured it out we were ok. We would stay again ! Great location.“

„Plenty of room and clean. Kitchen lacks the amount of pots/pans for a large group. Keurig needs to be descaled. Extra towels and washcloths should be provided as well as blankets. Host was accommodating when renting the theater room. No check out instructions were provided. Overall, it was what we needed for a large group even though the neighbors don’t seem to be very happy about having a VRBO on their street. “
