« Roseleigh Cottage is a lovely little house. It is ideally situated in central Cookham a stones throw from the Thames tow path and close to a range of pubs and other places to eat. « My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. « Great location and beautiful garden with views across the hills. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with all the things you may need for your holiday. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful and cared about us and the property with pride. Local supermarkets, petrol station and IKEA were only a mile down the road plus a five minute walk from the property was a pub serving food and an excellent fish n chips shop! Buses into town from outside the chippy were every 10 minutes or sooner! »

"Very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. We really enjoyed the fresh water and coffee available at reception and having a mini fridge in the room came in handy! Overall would definitely stay here again!"
