The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it! »

« La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars »

« アメニティでヘッドブラシがなかった。バスなどの案内について、スタッフごとに内容がちがっていた。連泊なので部屋のそうじをパスしたが、タオルなどの供給がなかった。コーヒーのセットがあるが、ミネラルウオーターの提供がないので、飲みものを買いたくてもホテル内に自販機なし、夜中に近くのコンビニに買いにいきました。節約志向なのはわかるが、客の目線にあわせたサービスをしてほしい。 »

« This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! »

Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience. »
