„This little place is great. Yes it’s older but perfect. Tons of room for a big family, very very clean. They allow pets which is a huge plus; they also have a fenced in yard & you can close the driveway gate so the dogs don’t get out. The view is absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was I messaged the rental property several times before our stay and they never got back with me.. that’s okay though. The dock is great and had a place for us to tie our boat to. „If you're looking for a perfect weekend on the water, this cabin and location will not disappoint. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. The screened in porch was the perfect spot to hang out during the summer thunderstorms. Mr. Thomas, the host was so thoughtful to leave a bowl full of snacks and candy, and a box of donuts in the kitchen. The pool was a huge hit with all the kiddos too. We will definitely come back in the future!, “

„We were looking for a venue to host our friends and family that came into town for my daughter’s wedding. This was the perfect location. It was 12 minutes from Wolf gap which is where the wedding ceremony and reception took place. really enjoyed this cabin. It would be a great place. If you want to just get away from this city, beautiful property makes it feel like you’re the only ones around and the wildlife and the sounds are outstanding. “

„We stayed at this property to go to a few different hiking spots in NW Alabama. We were only at the property for the evenings. The kitchen seemed to be stocked although we didn't use it other than a few dishes and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. I will say this property is in a very rural area. There were goats and horses in the adjacent pastures which was neat. Of course being in the country does come with some "unwelcomed guests" like spiders and other insects so this should be ...

„It was a pleasant stay. The area was very peaceful. The information booklet needs to be updated with correct distances to restaurants. The only need not provided were trash bags and proper recycle bins.“

„We stayed here to go a conference an hour away in Huntsville and it was great… nicely decorated and great view of the lake… the weather was rough while we were there so we can say from experience that the tornado sirens work lol everything turned out fine and owner checked on us constantly.“
